Canon Point: After defeating N and Ghetsis at the Pokemon League
Gender & Sex: Female
Age: 16/17 approximately
Birthdate/Sign: December 10 ( Sagittarius) non-canon
After considering all of the signs, I feel that Sagittarius best describes her; for example, the attributes of travel, freedom of movement, and the outdoors seem highly appropriate considering as a Pokemon trainer she travels frequently around the Unova region. In addition, with her actions against Team Plasma and N, she has a strong belief in justice - and she understands that N was simply a pawn in Ghetsis' plans, bearing no ill will towards him once he realized the error of his ways. She's frank, open, and honest with both people and Pokemon, which is how she's grown close to her team. But she's still young and just a little bit hot-headed, always ready for a Pokemon battle at any time, and fails to think things through sometimes - after all, she's charged and taken on all of Team Plasma by herself without really idea of how she was going to stop them. But then again, it's her optimism that lets her charge on ahead like this - after all, it'll all work out in the end, won't it?
Tattoo:
About a inch in diameter and located on the front of her lower right hip where she'd usually carry her Pokemon team in their Pokeballs.
Suitability:
Hilda is used to taking care of herself - after all, she travels alone and knows how to fend for herself. While she hasn't really developed any actual romantic relationships or attachments, she understands what happens in a sexual relationship and what's to be expected. That's not to say she'll be happy or fine with the situation, especially as she has no real experience with what she has to do. However, she understands that everyone else is in the same boat as her, and if she has to, she'd prefer to engage in sexual activities of her own choosing, not being affected by aphrodisiacs. Just as long as there's a element of trust at least - if not some affection, platonic or otherwise - in a relationship.
Power:
Fire summoning - as a seasoned Pokemon Trainer, summoning and controlling creatures comes as a second nature to Hilda by now.
Personality:
Hilda is a young teenager with great ambitions who doesn't really really plan on how she's going to get there. In fact, she can be a little impulsive even, not thinking of immediate consequences - such as when she, Cheren, and Bianca battled in her room as soon as they received their starter Pokemon and totally trashed it from their fight, or when she tackled on Team Plasma's castle head on by herself without waiting for anyone else. But she can charge on ahead like this because she firmly believes that everything will work out in the end - eventually. And it's worked out for her so far - after all, she's earned eight gym badges from Unova (which is no mean feat) all while slowly meandering through the region; exploring, filling out her Pokedex, and getting in the way of Team Plasma, who are trying to separate people and Pokemon completely. While she understands that there are people out there who mistreat their Pokemon and that they may have a point, the way they're going about spreading their message is wrong - especially when she sees them mistreating a Munna or stealing a young girl's Pokemon. She has a strong sense of justice and loyalty to her friends too, as when Team Plasma stole her friend Bianca's Munna, she went and confronted the grunts who had stolen the Pokemon and retrieved it for her friend, or when she encouraged Bianca to travel with her Pokemon like she and Cheren were. She was there when Bianca's father chased his daughter down all the way to Nimbasa City and stepped up for her friend when he tried to force her to come home, arguing that he should have more faith in his daughter and refusing to back down a inch when he retorted that she should stay out of family business. Not only that, but she supported and encouraged her other childhood friend, Cheren, helping him grow stronger through their Pokemon battles. Even when he was struggling and frustrated with constantly losing in their battles, not understanding what it was that he was missing, Hilda was able to gradually show him through these battles that 'strength', which was the only thing he had been seeking, wasn't all that was needed for victory.

But despite facing against the king of Team Plasma several times, she holds no ill feelings towards N, not once Ghetsis reveals that he was just using the young man in his plans for power. But even before she knew that, she didn't harbor any ill will towards him. Throughout her journey across Unova, her path would cross with N's many times and Hilda could sense utter sincerity in his words; during these times he would sometimes ask her a question. When they met up in Chargestone Cave, he asked if she had a dream - instinctively, she answered yes. At the time she thought her dream was to defeat the Pokemon Champion of the region, but she gradually realized that her true dream was similar to N's - a world where Pokemon were perfect and happy. However, she couldn't agree that the path to that happiness required humans and Pokemon to be separated, believing in a future where Pokemon and their trainers could cohabit happily - after all, even N noted on the close bond and the care and affection she and her Pokemon held for one another. It would be a while for her to understand this however - when N summons Reshiram, a legendary dragon Pokemon that was said to have part in the creation of Unova, and claims the title of hero according to Unova legend, Hilda found herself confused and uncertain. After all, if Reshiram had chosen N as a hero, was his way of thinking correct? Despite being told that she also had been chosen and given the dark stone that housed Zekrom within, she was unable to wake the sleeping Pokemon. Until she had seen firsthand the extent of what Ghetsis' had done to N, from his room that was literally filled with childish toys and nothing else to hearing from Anthea and Concordia of how Ghetsis deliberately brought mistreated and abused Pokemon to N as he grew up to warp his knowledge of the truth, that she realized the true form of her dream. When she came face to face with N in his castle, she was finally able to revive the legendary dragon Zekrom from the orb she'd been given.

Having been choosen by Zekrom, a legendary dragon Pokemon said to have part of the creation of Unova, and the representative of 'ideals', the counterpart to the white Reshiram and representative of 'truth' who is partnered with N, Hilda fought and won against N with Zekrom at her side. And like in her battles with Cheren, she was able to communicate to N through their battle and the close bonds Hilda had forged with her Pokemon team. In the end, N acknowledged that the power of her ideals had been stronger than his belief in the truth, having been shaken at seeing trainers and Pokemon caring for one another throughout his travels in Unova. And in typical fashion, Hilda rose to defend N from Ghetsis, who came in revealing his true plans of taking control and power with Team Plasma and intending to wipe out all witnesses to his true plan. After defeating the older man, Hilda saw N off as he flew away on Reshiram, confident that she would see him once again someday.

"Zodion" First-Person Network Entry:
--so if I press this button-- oh, hey, it looks like it's recording! So it's kind of like a Xtransceiver, huh?

[ The video flickers on to show Hilda looking down at the screen - it looks like she's sitting cross-legged with the device in her lap, and she's looking rather pleased with herself. After all, she's gotten this thing to work, even though there's no instruction booklet or anything. And if it's similar to her Xtransceiver, then it should be pretty easy for her to figure out all of its functions!

Except unlike her Xtransceiver, she doesn't realize that unless she's calling a specific person in mind, the entire network is receiving her video call right now. She just thinks it's a regular video recording function and continues on thinking out loud, hand on her chin and brow furrowed.
]

It doesn't look like I'm in Unova anymore - I can't get in touch with Cheren, Bianca, or anyone else. And I guess whatever brought me here took my Pokemon too--

[ She falters for a moment, a mixture of guilt, pain, and worry for her team flashing across her face - maybe if she'd been more careful, more aware or something, then they wouldn't have been separated. But this isn't the time to mope and wallow in guilt - for now, all she can do is hope her Pokemon are all right, until she finds them again. No maybes or ifs - she will find them, no matter what. But for now, the best thing she can do for all of them is find out where she is and why she's here. That weird letter she'd found explained absolutely nothing and only left her with even more questions. But she knows that she's not going to solve anything in the next five minutes, even if she broods over this.

Glancing down, she stares at the device, still frowning a little, and pokes at it with one finger suddenly filling up the view.

You know, for a bunch of old gods, they're pretty in touch with modern technology.

"Zodionlogs" Third-Person Prose Entry:
When Hilda woke up, the first thing she thought was this is not my room. Not unless her mother had decided to remodel or tear down the house completely and landscape the yard into something unrecognizable, all while she was asleep. The second thing was is this a trap by Team Plasma? But no, that wasn't possible, she thought upon reflection, as she sat up from ground. Even though they would have a good reason for revenge against her, they were in utter shambles right now - after all, she'd just defeated both N and Ghetsis, and she was pretty sure N wasn't even in Unova anymore. There were rumors of him being spotted in far-off lands on a mysterious white dragon - that had to be him and Reshiram. Besides, N wouldn't do this sort of thing.

The third thought that brought her scrambling to her feet was where is my Pokemon? She'd never been one to sleep with her Pokeballs, at least not when she was at home - it just seemed so paranoid. But it didn't seem so paranoid now, not when she woke up with them no where in sight and no clue where could they be. Had they been left at home? Or had whatever that had brought her here kept them for themselves? Or had they hidden them nearby? As if on cue, the glowing box on the stone alter caught her eye. Obviously, something important was in there. It could be anything - like her Pokemon.

Without a second thought, she hops over the ring of water, focused on nothing but the glowing box. Except a sudden stinging causes her to yelp in pain - she'd been so focused on the box that the stinging had caught her completely by surprise, losing her balance and falling right on her behind. And suddenly--

"Oh come on!" Hilda yells, as the water rises up to surround her. So it was a trap, she thought to herself, scooting backwards to the alter and bracing herself for the inevitable attack. But it never comes - instead, the water hangs there, forming a perfect bubble around her, almost like a mirror. A mirror that she could see herself in. A mirror that apparently shows her without clothes. Oh, and a mysterious glowing purple spot - right where she felt the stinging, somewhere around the lower part of her hip. Cautiously, not sure what to expect but having a feeling that something's changed, she tugs her shorts low enough to expose that where the glowing spot on her body. And lo and behold, there it was, as clear as day: a purple tattoo, of some symbol she didn't recognize and had no clue how it got there. It probably had something to do with the stinging, she thought, and tried to digest the consequences and meaning of it. One thing was clear though.

"Mom is going to kill me if she sees this."
